Apply to Become a LFC Academy Facilitator

The high-quality online courses we offer at Life Force Canada are facilitated by instructors who are experts in their field. We are seeking facilitators who would like to offer high quality online courses to our members in the following categories:

Here are 7 guidelines for online course creators / instructors / facilitators:

  1.  Active member of LFC for at least 6 months.
  2.  At least 3 years of facilitation experience or equivalent.
  3.  Attendance at weekly LFC Monday Connection calls.
  4.  Participation in LFC Forums.
  5.  Familiarity with Life Force Canada website, mission, and resources.
  6.  Background in creating course content.
  7.  You have created a course with a proven success rate. 

Qualities of a LFC Academy Facilitator

We ask that all facilitator candidates demonstrate the following characteristics:

Champion for Education
  • Enthusiastic supporter in creating a parallel society 

Truth-Focused

  • Committed to supporting all our members
  • Knows that all our members are beautiful souls who stand as a man or woman

 

Growth-Minded
  • Demonstrated self-awareness of skills and experiences in which they can improve as a facilitator
  • Willingness to give and receive feedback in a collaborative working environment
  • Strong desire and commitment to developing as a leader within the LFC community
Online Experience and Knowledgeable about Content
  • High level of comfort with technology, including virtual meeting tools and experience with Zoom and Power Point. 
Engaging Leader
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively engage and co-lead learning experiences for adults
  • Demonstrated empathy for learners with a variety of backgrounds and levels of experience
  • Ability to “think on your feet” and make decisions that are in the best interest of the audience while maintaining the integrity of the program
  • Motivated self-starter
