As Sovereign Beings We Must Affirm & Embody Our Unalienable Rights Under Natural Law.
These Rights belong to every living sentient being on earth and they cannot be taken away by any other Person, Government or Organization because those entities did not give them to you.
It is our responsibility as Sovereign Beings to know these Rights and stand firmly in them.
Natural rights and legal rights are two types of rights.
Natural rights are those that are not dependent on the laws or customs of any particular culture or government, and so are universal, fundamental and unalienable (they cannot be repealed by human laws, though one can forfeit their enjoyment through one’s actions, such as by violating someone else’s rights).
Natural law is the law of natural rights, your Unalienable Rights.
Legal rights are those bestowed onto a person by a given legal system (they can be modified, repealed, and restrained by human laws).
Unalienable Rights are the inherent, sovereign, and natural rights that existed before the creation of man-made laws. These rights can never be taken away, diminished, or altered except by Due Process of Law. Nor can any Unalienable Right be fundamentally removed or waived by contact, whether by non-disclosure, which is fraud and unenforceable in Law, or knowingly by sufferance, which is contrary to the Spirit of Law and prejudicial to Sovereignty.
If any other ‘Law’ attempts to override or supersede Natural Law, that ‘Law’ is automatically NULL & VOID. Unalienable rights supersede all government laws.
